For most of the people traveling is a tedious task to fulfill but some really enjoy every inch of it with all fun and frolic attempts. Travel wise and enjoy every bit of it is what I would suggest my dear readers. I strongly believe in the saying “No job is tedious until you enjoy its functioning” So as traveling.

Plan well in advance: The day you travel need to be planned well in advance, let us say you need 30 minutes to reach your travel port either air port, railway station or a bus station, start 20 minutes before to avoid the traffic chaos which is very frequent in cities. This not only relieves your tension of hazards in between but also boosts up your confidence of traveling at the first instant.

Escape Briefly: The hustle and bustle in our daily routine need to be abandoned for a while to re boost up your energy levels. Most cities have botanic gardens, and there are always nature trails to enjoy the local scenery.

Avoid unnecessary Technology: Leave all your tech devices like laptop’s, tabs and computers home so that you forget about home and enjoy every second and allow yourself to sense of freedom from everyday life. This way you have sense of relaxation from daily routines.

Limit your plan daily: Do not rush up your day with 3 to 4 sightseeing limit it to 1 or 2 so that you do not get strained and feel tired. Enjoy lunch or coffee in the nearby places instead of running too far.

Equip with Snacks: Have a bag of non-perishable snacks on hand try protein bars, dried fruit and nuts, juice or cookies etc so that unexpected delays on a long journey will be more stressful if you are hungry.

Stretch yourself: once in a while do nothing lie down and just unwind. Lift your knees and stretch your calves for 30 seconds. This reduces the risk of blood clots that can result from sitting too long in one position during plane or train travel.
